Member Consent & Loan Disclosure

For finalizing the project financing term sheet with The Thane District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. (up to 95% project cost funding), all 64 registered society members are requested to record their statutory consent and declare whether their existing flat has an active bank mortgage or is loan-free.
